As a landlord and for your tenants, the core features of Lighthouse are completely free. If you choose the free plan, there's a $2.50 ACH fee on all transactions.

Yes, and to the highest levels. Lighthouse partners with industry leaders in internet security who are PCI DSS Level-1 compliant. And this is the highest level of security. It means all your bank information and data is 2-bit encrypted and stored securely. 

 

Lighthouse doesn't store your credit card and banking information on our servers. Likewise, we don't keep information about background checks or credit checks. So you and your tenants are kept safe. 

 

Lighthouse team members are highly trained in handling customer data. But even they don’t have access to your sensitive information. This includes account passwords, account and routing numbers and bank login details.

First, your tenant receives an email and a text message saying they've been invited to Lighthouse. Then they just need to click the link to download the app. Next, they will be taken to a unique portal for their rent and unit. 

 

And then they can start making payments. 

 

If the tenant doesn't sign up in 3 days, Lighthouse sends an automatic follow up. After that, if the tenant still doesn't sign up, Lighthouse still sends monthly rent reminders and overdue rent reminders. Learn more about getting started with Lighthouse.
